PICOFILM P-100 white M1

Hard-wearing facestock film for demanding applications: For the production of safety labels, product labels or labels to be printed with variable information in the fields of durables and A4 & cut size.

P-100 white M1 is a white 110 µm PET facestock film, with the front side matt coated for the printing of variable information using laser or thermal transfer printers and untreated reverse.

Self-adhesive coaters benefit from process characteristics which are similar to standard PET films. No change to the processes is necessary. UL/CSA approvals can be obtained with this facestock media. End customers get a durable, weather- and chemical-resistant product with high scratch resistance.

  • Instructions

    General tips

    For quality reasons PICOFILM should be stored originally packed. Storage and converting conditions of 20 +- 5° C and 50 +-10% rel. humidity are recommended. Usual operating temperature of PET films is -50° to +160°C. We recommend an outside application up to max. 6 month.
