ENDURO Thermal 205 pro

Tear-resistant thermal paper. Ideal for tear-resistant hang tags and mailbag tags. Increased strength thanks to dimensionally stable and thermostable polyester film core.
ENDURO Thermal 205 pro is a hard-wearing composite material consisting of a 50 µm PET film core, a thermal paper on the front and a natural uncoated paper surface on the reverse side. The three-layer product structure is robust, resistant to edge tearing and water impermeable. It can be cut, punched, perforated and folded without issue. The thermal paper has a good resistance to light and standard resistance to temperature, climate, water and oil / grease.

The thermosensitive paper surface offers good printing results and standard sensitivity in direct thermal printing. Both sides can be printed perfectly in flexo and UV offset printing.

ENDURO Thermal 205 pro contains the SVHC candidate Bisphenol-A in amounts above 0.1 % mass.

Thanks to the multi-layer product structure ENDURO offers an affordable, eco-friendly and sustainable alternative to fully synthetic media. It is PVC-free and FSC®-certified
